PROFESSIONAL WEB OPTIMIZATION

Web Performance Optimization (WPO)

Every Second of Delay Costs You 7% in Conversions. It’s Time to Get That Money Back.

WEB PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION (WPO)

Proven Speed

We don’t promise “fast websites.” We guarantee specific metrics: LCP under 2.5s, FID under 100ms, CLS under 0.1. Every optimization is backed by testing in PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and WebPageTest. The numbers don’t lie.

Conversion Impact

Our clients see an average 35% increase in conversions after optimizing Core Web Vitals. Google is clear: faster sites rank higher and users buy more. Less friction = more sales.

Kadence Optimization

We know every line of Kadence code. We optimize from the ground up: disabling unnecessary scripts, loading critical CSS inline, setting up smart lazy loading, and eliminating render-blocking resources.

Ongoing Maintenance

Speed degrades over time. New plugins, unoptimized images, misconfigured cache. We include monthly Web Vitals monitoring, updates that don’t break performance, and quarterly audits to keep your site in the green.

We Turn Slow Sites Into High-Performance Conversion Machines

If your site takes more than 3 seconds to fully load, you’re in the slowest 60% of the web. And every second past the 3-second mark doubles your bounce rate.

But the real problem isn’t “perceived speed.” It’s what Google measures through Core Web Vitals: LCP (how long your main content takes to appear), FID (how long your site takes to respond to interactions), and CLS (how much your layout “jumps” while loading).

These three factors are now direct ranking signals.

  • 90+ scores on PageSpeed Insights for both Desktop and Mobile
  • Core Web Vitals in the green for 90%+ of your pages
  • Average 65% reduction in total load time
  • 35–50% improvement in conversion rates post-optimization
  • Improved rankings driven by Page Experience signals
  • Continuous monitoring with automatic alerts if performance drops

The Web Optimization Services That Will Transform Your Performance

I Don’t Do “Generic Optimizations”: I Diagnose Your Site, Identify the Biggest Issues, and Apply Surgical Fixes That Deliver Measurable Results in Days, Not Months.

Core Web Vitals Optimization

Google’s Standard for Page Experience. We Optimize LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) by Reducing Render-Blocking Resources, FID (First Input Delay) by Removing Heavy JavaScript from the Critical Path, and CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) by Reserving Space for Dynamic Elements.

Page Load Speed Improvement

A Holistic Approach to Total Load Time Reduction. We Lower TTFB (Time To First Byte) with Optimized Hosting, Eliminate Network Latency with a Global CDN, Implement HTTP/2 Push for Critical Resources, and Optimize the Load Sequence. From 8 Seconds Down to Under 3, on Average.

Advanced Image Optimization

Images Account for 50–70% of Your Site’s Total Weight. We Convert to Modern Formats (WebP, AVIF), Implement Smart Lazy Loading, Generate Responsive Images with Srcset, Compress Without Visual Quality Loss, and Set Up a Media-Specific CDN. Average Image Weight Reduction: 70%.

Professional Cache Setup

Multi-Layer Caching That Delivers Content at Lightning Speed. Browser Cache with Optimized Headers, Page Cache with Smart Pre-Loading, Object Cache with Redis/Memcached, and CDN Cache at Global Edge Locations. Your Server Handles 80% Fewer Requests.

Minification & Asset Optimization

Aggressive Reduction of Render-Blocking Assets. We Minify CSS/JS, Eliminate Dead Code, Strategically Combine Files, Defer Non-Critical Scripts, and Extract Critical CSS Inline. Kadence Gives Us a Head Start: Its Code Is Already Clean — We Make It Even Faster. 40–60% Reduction in Asset Weight.

WordPress Maintenance

Maintenance That Keeps Your Site Fast for the Long Haul. Core/Plugin Updates Without Breaking Optimizations, Database Cleanup (Revisions, Transients, Spam), Monthly Web Vitals Monitoring, Quarterly Performance Audits, and Immediate Rollback If Anything Impacts Speed. Your Site, Fast. Always.

WHY OUR OPTIMIZATION IS DIFFERENT

90% of “speed optimizations” out there are just digital security theater.

They install WP Rocket, turn on lazy loading, compress a few images, and call it “professional optimization.” That’s just the basics. It’s like going to the gym once and expecting a six-pack.

Real optimization requires three levels of technical work:

Level 1 – Technical Foundation: This is where Kadence gives us a massive advantage. The theme already loads only the CSS needed per page, its HTML is semantic and clean, and it carries none of the bloat from visual page builders. We start with a 95 PageSpeed baseline — not 35.

Level 2 – Surgical Optimization: We analyze your site with Lighthouse CI, WebPageTest, and Chrome DevTools. We pinpoint EXACTLY which scripts are blocking render (spoiler: it’s always Google Fonts, Google Analytics, and some chat plugin). We defer them, load them async, or remove them if they’re not critical.

Level 3 – Continuous Monitoring: We set up Real User Monitoring (RUM) with web-vitals.js. We don’t measure from a controlled lab — we use real data from your actual users. If your LCP worsens on mobile, we get an automatic alert before it ever impacts your rankings.

  • Render-blocking CSS elimination with critical path extraction
  • Deferred non-critical JavaScript until after window load
  • Preloading of critical assets (fonts, hero images, above-fold CSS)
  • Lazy loading with native IntersectionObserver (no jQuery)
  • Database optimization with custom indexes for slow queries
  • CDN with edge caching across 200+ global locations

Why Should You Choose Us?

Real Technical Expertise, Not Empty Marketing. Our team reads Web.dev documentation, contributes to Kadence forums, and holds Web Performance certifications. We talk about metrics like TTFB, TBT, and Speed Index because we understand them at a technical level. We don’t outsource to generic freelancers.

Guaranteed, Measurable PageSpeed Results. We guarantee a minimum score of 90 on PageSpeed Insights Desktop and 85+ on Mobile for standard sites. If we don’t hit those numbers after the full optimization, we keep working at no additional cost until we do — or we refund 100%.

Optimization Without Breaking Functionality. The biggest fear with optimization: “Are they going to break my site?” We work in staging first, thoroughly test every change, and roll out gradually. We include 30 days of post-optimization support for any necessary adjustments. Zero downtime.

Complete Documentation of Every Change Made. When we’re done, you receive a 20+ page technical document explaining EVERY change: what we optimized, why we did it, and how to maintain it. If you ever work with another developer down the line, they’ll know exactly what not to touch to keep your site fast.

Have Questions About Web Performance Optimization?

Wondering how we optimize websites? Here we answer the most common questions we get.

It depends on the complexity, but the typical timeline is: Basic sites (5–10 pages, few plugins): 3–5 business days. Corporate sites (20–50 pages, WooCommerce, memberships): 7–10 days. Complex e-commerce (100+ products, multiple integrations): 14–21 days. The difference comes down to: the number of assets to optimize, cache configuration that requires testing, and debugging conflicts with specific plugins in your tech stack. That said, you’ll see PageSpeed improvements starting on day 3.

Short answer: No. Professional optimization improves performance without changing anything visual.
What we do: defer JavaScript, lazy load images, minify CSS, configure cache, optimize the database.
What we don’t do: change layouts, remove features, or alter the UX. We work in a staging environment first and don’t push to production until you confirm everything looks and works exactly the same. If something breaks (rare, but possible), we have automatic backups for an immediate rollback.

Because Google simulates different network conditions. Desktop assumes a fast connection (cable/fiber), while Mobile simulates throttled 4G.
The biggest culprits on Mobile: images not optimized for smaller screens, JavaScript that blocks parsing, and render-blocking CSS. That’s why we prioritize Mobile-First: we optimize for the hardest case first. If it loads fast on throttled 4G, it’ll fly on Desktop. Our goal: 85+ on Mobile, always.

Not necessarily, but hosting does matter. If you’re on $3/month shared hosting with 500 sites on the same server, no amount of optimization will save that. Our recommendation: mid-tier Managed WordPress hosting (SiteGround, Kinsta, WP Engine) with a server located closest to your audience.
We can work wonders with decent hosting. If your current host has a TTFB under 600ms, we’ll work with that. If it’s over 1.2s, you’ll need an upgrade, and we’ll point you to specific options.

Most will, but some may need a check-in. Server-level optimizations (cache, CDN, compression) are permanent. Code-level optimizations (minify, defer) generally survive updates.
What can be affected: plugins that add new CSS/JS after an update, or themes that change the HTML structure.
That’s why we include maintenance: we monitor Web Vitals monthly, and if an update degrades performance, we fix it at no extra cost (with an active maintenance plan).
